Great fountain, very quiet and clean

Perfect water dispenser for indoor cats. The ceramic design keeps the water fresh, and the filtration system works perfectly. It’s very easy to assemble and clean. Definitely worth every penny!

Solid, Attractive Fountain That My Cat Loves

The Voluas Ceramic Cat Water Fountain is very well made with a sturdy, high-quality feel that stands out from plastic fountains. My cat took to it right away and seems to enjoy drinking from the flowing water. The ceramic construction is easy to rinse and feels much more hygienic.

My only minor complaint is that it comes apart into quite a few pieces for cleaning. On one hand, that’s great because you can thoroughly clean every part. On the other, it does take a little extra time to disassemble and reassemble. Overall, the quality and performance easily outweigh that small inconvenience. A great fountain that feels built to last.

Cats Love It and the Ceramic Design Is Excellent

This water fountain has been a great addition to our home. Our cats took to it right away and seem to enjoy drinking from the flowing water much more than a regular bowl.

One of my favorite features is that it is made from ceramic. It feels much nicer than plastic fountains and is easy to wash and keep clean. The ceramic also gives it a more attractive appearance that blends in well with the rest of the house.

The fountain holds a good amount of water, so I do not have to refill it constantly, and it runs quietly enough that it is not distracting.

Overall, this is a really nice pet fountain. The cats love it, it is easy to clean, and the ceramic construction makes it feel like a higher quality product. I am very happy with this purchase.

Finally, a Cat Fountain That Doesn't Sound Like Niagara Falls

We have six cats, which means hydration is a serious logistical concern in this house. I've purchased several of these type of automatic cat fountains over the years, and most of them have at least one annoying quirk, usually noise or splashing. This one has neither.

The pump is genuinely quiet. We're talking whisper quiet, the kind where you have to look over to confirm it's actually running. And unlike other fountains I've used, this one doesn't throw water around like it's trying to water the floor instead of the cats. It stays where it's supposed to stay.

Beyond that, everything else they claim checks out. The ceramic construction feels premium, it's easy to clean, and the dual filtration does what it says. The water flow modes are a nice touch too, though with our cats we stick to the faucet mode.

If you've been burned by cheaper plastic or tin fountains that are loud, leaky, or just a general nuisance, this one is worth the upgrade.

A very nice sturdy water fountain.

This is a ceramic water fountain so it is very sturdy. My cats are used to their stainless water fountain so it will be interesting to see how they take to this. They did give it a good look over when I put it down. One cat likes to drink from the stream and the other likes to drink from the bowl. I'm waiting to see if there is enough room for him to dri k from the bowl without getting his head wet. This fountain is very easy to take apart to clean. It also came with a little pipe cleaner, which is handy. I can't yet speak to it's durability, but it is ceramic so if you take care not to bump or drop it it should last a good long while. I'm thinking the pump should also last as it looks similar to other pumps I've had and they lasted a good long time. It only came with one filter so I need to look into getting replacement filters for it. One thing I would recommend that would just be a handy feature is to have some kind of water level gage so you know when water is getting low before the pump starts to sputter. I do like this fountain and I'm sure my cats will once they get used to it.

Solid quality fountain

I've been needing a new fountain for my 5 cats. Previous one was plastic and they pawed at it too often. I have 2 cats with CH so i was leary about ceramic but they've been using a ceramic dish for awhile now and so far no broken teeth. So i went for it. I may leave the silver fountain top off depending on how well they take to it as my 2 specials i don't want them to get water up their noses or get spooked by it. This is a great design. I like that it has the ceramic dish on top and underneath is where it filters. Its nice and heavy so hopefully my old cat who paws at the bowl won't be able to tip this over. I may even purchase a different pump for it so that it has a slower flow but so far most of mine are already using it well. It seems very easy to clean which is amazing as i also have a cat whos prone to chin ache. 10/10 recommend this fountain compared to the stainless or plastic ones available elsewhere. The water pump has a small sponge filter to help keep hair from the impeller and the multi filter to clean the water. Which should be easy to find replacements for online.
Just remember if its your first fountain to leave their old water bowl out for a few days until they get the hang of using a fountain.
Don't mind my video, i had a fan running in the background and a fish tank. This fountain is actually very quiet compared to my old one. If you need to deaden the noise more just place it on a rubber or silicone mat.
It is actually quieter running with the silver fountain head then without it. It wouldn't let me post 2 videos.
Change the water every day as usual and your cats will be staying better hydrated because they are happy.

Great Quality

This ceramic cat water fountain is really good quality. It’s smooth, strong, and easy to clean. It doesn’t get slimy like plastic ones. My cat drinks from it more now and seems to like it a lot. It’s also quiet and looks nice in the room. I’m really happy with it.

The dogs love the waterfall and the ceramic is pretty

Well made and the dogs love it but I broke the dish and couldn’t get a replacement from the manufacturer! However they did give me a discount toward the purchase of a new one! You must be careful since iits breakable and can’t get parts to replace them!

Great Porcelain Pet Water Fountain – My Cats Love It!

I really like this pet water fountain and the cats need it too! It’s exactly what we were looking for.

I especially appreciate that it’s made of porcelain instead of plastic — feels much more premium, durable, and easier to clean. It has a nice weight to it and looks clean and stylish.

My cats have taken to it right away and seem to enjoy the fresh flowing water. Solid choice and not bad for the price at all.

Five stars — highly recommend for cat owners!

Needs a sight glass

No sight glass, you can’t tell how much water is in it without unplugging. Kinda odd that the fountain is black but the outlet cable is white.

Very quiet, easy to clean are def the pros. Cat opinions are still being formed, so far they are a bit perplexed. Hopefully they’ll accept it soon!

I love the look, and it is easy to clean.

One of the reasons I picked this fountain was the ceramic design, and I’m glad I did. It feels sturdier than plastic fountains and is much easier to clean thoroughly.

The fountain runs quietly enough that I barely notice it, and my cats started drinking from it pretty quickly. I like being able to see the water level easily, and the capacity is large enough that I’m not constantly refilling it.

Setup was straightforward, and the pump has been running without any issues so far.

Overall, a nice water fountain that looks good, is easy to clean, and most importantly, my cats actually use it.

Well Made Ceramic Fountain with Relaxing Sound but Limited Filter Included

This is a well made ceramic cat water fountain that feels sturdy and thoughtfully designed. I appreciate that it offers two modes, a fountain mode and a bubbler mode, which gives some flexibility depending on what your cat prefers. I have mostly been using the fountain mode since my cat likes to drink from the kitchen sink, and I was hoping the similar flowing water would help him transition. So far he is still being stubborn, but I am hoping he adjusts over time.

The overall design is solid, and assembly is straightforward. It does not take long to set up, and the ceramic construction gives it a more durable and premium feel compared to plastic fountains. Once running, it produces a gentle water sound that is actually quite relaxing and resembles a small indoor fountain.

There are a couple of drawbacks to consider. The fountain recommends replacing the filter every two weeks, but it only includes one filter. There is a separate listing that includes multiple filters for an added cost, which would have been more practical as the standard option. At the time of review, the multi filter version is actually cheaper than buying this version and additional filters separately, which makes the single filter inclusion feel limited.

I also wish there were a built in window to easily check the water level. As it is, you need to turn off the fountain and remove the top to see how much water is left, which can be a bit messy.

Overall, even though my cat has not fully taken to it yet, the fountain itself is well made, easy to use, and pleasant to have running in the background. With a few small improvements, especially around filter inclusion and water level visibility, it would be even better.

Beautiful, high quality cat fountain

This cat fountain is beautiful and looks/feels very high quality. The main bowl is a thick ceramic that has some serious weight to it. It definitely won't be scooted around the floor by your pet. I like that the dish your pet is drinking from is also ceramic rather than plastic.

I washed all the pieces to get any lingering chemicals off before I got it running, and it's extremely easy to clean. Per the manual, I soaked the filter for a few minutes before running the fountain as it says it can overflow if you skip that step before the first use (i.e. when the filter is dry). I've already looked into it and the company does sell replacement filters.

The pump itself is silent. The fountain fluctuates between silent to a very low trickle of water. It does change, which is a little odd, but it's always very, very quiet.

It took 11 days for my cat to try drinking from the fountain and now, 19 days later, he still only seems to use it sporadically. He isn't afraid of it, just slightly wary, and he seems to just prefer to stick to what he knows and use his normal water bowl. I'm going to keep trying and encouraging him to use it, but he may just be a cat that doesn't care for fountains. He's 16 and stuck in his ways. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed because it's super nice.

The listing states that there are different water flow designs, but it's just the fountain with the little faucet in or without it in, which makes it more like a little bubbler. I was fruitlessly looking for settings on the pump before I realized how it worked.

As others have noted, the fountain is black but the charging cable is white. I thought this was weird at first until I realized that the white cable matches my baseboards and it ends up making it hard to see the cord. It's ideal, to be honest.

The only negative thing I can say is that you cannot turn the fountain off without unplugging it and it also does not have any backup batteries... so there could be some inconvenience with that and complications if the power were to go out. I'm not personally going to take a star off for that, but it's something to be aware of.

Quiet and easy to clean

I've used multiple pet fountains over the years and so far I'm quite pleased with this one! It only has a few parts and so it's pretty easy to clean. There aren't a ton of little nooks and crannies where you can't get to with a brush, and there is minimal plastic parts. The ceramic adds some heft to this so it's not going to get easily bumped or knocked around by playful cats too. There is a ceramic bowl that sits on top and the way that the fountain works is that to drain down into the lower bowl the water overflows the upper bowl to then go through the filter. I particularly like the design of this because if the power were to ever cut off for a little while and we weren't home, then there would effectively be a shallow bowl of water, so all water won't immediately drain down into a reservoir that is inaccessible by the kitties. It holds a large capacity of water so this could work both as a dog or a cat bowl and it's not going to run out in a really short amount of time. This fountain is also REALLY quiet, which is great, so for kitties that spook easily this is an ideal pet fountain. Overall I highly recommend it!

This is the water fountain to get.

When I adopted my cat, all they had at the store were plastic models. Noisy, and I read bad things about them causing feline chin acne. And my cat refused to go near it. So I bought a stainless steel model on Amazon. Much quieter, but my cat rarely used it and it corroded. So I gave this one a chance. Very quiet, and my cat used it immediately. Time will tell if it holds up.

Solutions Done Right

I wasn't exactly certain about how this item was going to work. But because I'm out of the house a lot I was willing to give it a try. I've never seen anything like this. Much to my surprise, it's been a blessing and has taken some stress off of me for my animal. This water fountain works. I cannot stress that enough to you because I really want everyone out there to know that this actually works. You do not have to worry about your animal going too long without water because the reservoir in this has plenty to get you through a couple days, minimum. Unless you have some kind of massive beast that guzzles down water like there's no tomorrow, this will be a perfect solution for water accessibility. The bowl is big enough to accommodate your animals drinking needs. The fountain stays out of the way and is activated when a specific level is reached. Cleaning the fountain is as easy as cleaning a bowl. So there's absolutely none, nor should there be, any concern about your animals hygiene. This high quality fountain for your cat is very effective and extraordinarily functional. It's 100% perfect for a person or a family always on the go that loves their cat. A perfect value for your money although you cannot put a price on peace of mind.

Pretty good for a fountain

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this ceramic cat fountain. The biggest advantage is definitely the material — ceramic feels more hygienic and doesn’t trap odors like plastic can. It also looks much more premium sitting on the counter.
The fountain runs quietly most of the time, though I noticed it gets louder when the water level drops too low. My cat adjusted to it after a couple of days and now uses it daily.
The only downside for me is that ceramic makes the fountain heavier, so moving it for cleaning takes a little extra effort. Replacement filters can also add up over time. Still, I think the quality and appearance make it worthwhile.

Heaven for my cat!! Love this

This ceramic cat water fountain is a great addition for pet owners, especially if your cat prefers fresh, moving water. My cat absolutely loves it since she’s always been drawn to running water, and this keeps her drinking more throughout the day.
The fountain is quiet, which is nice for indoor use, and the water flow is gentle but steady. I also like that it comes with a filter and is fairly easy to take apart and clean. The ceramic design feels sturdy and looks nicer than plastic options.
Overall, it’s been a great way to encourage my cat to stay hydrated, and I’m very happy with the purchase and so will be my cat.

Good Fountain But Always On

This cat water fountain is really good quality. It comes in black and looks very stylish almost like decor. The product includes a filter, cleaning brush, metal spout, and power cord. The drinking area is a ceramic plate and the only plastic is the filter area and pump. The unit is completely silent during operation.

Some things to be aware of is that the unit is constantly pumping water. It’s not any type of motion activated and does not have any type of low water indication. The pump does sit all the way down in the reservoir but the instruction manual says to always keep at least one inch of water to ensure the pump doesn’t malfunction. The instructions also say to unplug the fountain when not in use.

When unplugged the unit does maintain some water, on the ceramic plate, for the cats to drink. It doesn’t all fall away back to the reservoir which is good.

Like other fountains, the instructions do mention cleaning the pump regularly which does include disassembling the pump by removing the pump cover, impeller cap, and impeller, then cleaning out the pump body with the included brush. The process appears to be very simple which is good.

The spout is removable and turns the flow into a bubbler. Our cats prefer the flowing water so we leave the spout attached.

Overall, it is a good quality fountain just lacking some of the additional features found in other fountains of this price range.

Attractive and functional cat fountain

I ordered this cat fountain because ceramic is supposed to be the best material for cat fountains along with stainless steel over plastic.

I have had several cat fountains over the years with various designs. I currently use a simple, easy to clean stainless steel version which I have been happy with so I’m measuring this cat fountain through that lens.

Pros
1. It only has a few parts and was easy to assemble
2. Because it is not an overly complex design, it is also easy to clean with many parts being dishwasher safe.
3. It is an attractive black ceramic so would fit in nicely as a decor piece and not stand out as a cat fountain.
4. It is extremely quiet. This sits right outside the door to my home office and I cannot hear it.
5. It comes with a power block which my other fountains did not.

Cons
1. It is either on or off when plugged in or not. There are no controls so if your power goes out, it’ll stop, vs the other fountains I use that essentially have a motion-controlled battery backup so cats still have water even after loss of power for a short time.
2. It does not have visibility to how full it is. In the other fountains I use, there is a window that shows me the water level. With this, I would have to guess or take the lid off to see.
3. The cord it comes with is white and the fountain itself and power block are black. This is just an esthetic concern.

Overall, this took about 5 minutes to assemble and set up after running the washable parts through the dishwasher. Immediately, one cat came up for a drink after giving it a good sniff. I have 4 cats and so far have witnessed 3 out of 4 drinking. This functions exactly as I would expect. The cons are really just minor grievances/considerations and not enough to give this anything less than 5 stars, especially as it does not purport to be anything more than it is. I’m happy with the fountain so far.
