Yes. Each different eligible friend who completes a qualifying first purchase earns you a separate reward coupon. There is no limit to the number of referral rewards you can earn. You may also share your referral link or code on coupon websites.

No. You can use one referral coupon per order. Referral coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other product, order or shipping discounts. Each reward coupon can be used once.

Yes. Family members and friends who live with you may use your link if they are genuine new customers placing their own first orders. You cannot refer yourself or create extra accounts to claim your own offer.

The referral is credited to the person whose code is used at checkout. We do not trace earlier clicks or other sharing links.

Please contact VOLUAS support with your order number and a screenshot of your coupon email. We will verify that the coupon exists, belongs to you, and is valid for the order before manually refunding the $5 discount difference. Sending a screenshot does not automatically approve a refund. This process does not change which referral code was used at checkout.

Your referral reward will not be withdrawn because your friend later returns or receives a refund for their order. Product returns remain subject to our Return & Refund policy.

Coupons already issued remain valid until their individual expiry dates. Ending the program does not shorten the validity of those coupons. All coupon values are in USD.

Subscribe to VOLUAS emails when you join, using the same email as your VOLUAS account. After an eligible friend pays, we email your reward details to that address. Check your spam folder if needed. Keep each reward email to find your older coupons; this activity page shows your latest reward only. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not cancel coupons already issued, but you will no longer receive marketing emails.
