VOLUAS® Automatic Feeder 4L

Product is great! I tried another product that had a camera and was disappointed so I returned it. My friend has this same product so I gave it a shot and am very pleased. It was easy to set up and program. I got the white container instead of the opaque which prevents me from seeing when it is running low but I now know how long a bag will last so not a big deal. Love that the metal bowl can be removed for cleaning easily. The container hold the full bag of food which is convenient. My kitty loves when he hears “chow time” and scurries to the feeder! Great product and I highly recommend it!

I also have a double cat feeder that is another brand. That cat feeder has jammed up on each of our vacations, and I was so thankful that I was also running this one, so that my cats didn't starve. I use adult size Kit N Kaboodle and this one has never jammed up. I also really like that it has a memory, even without batteries installed. I just plug it in, fill it and its ready to go.

Funciona muy bien, es fácil de organizar para distribuir las comida, sin embargo las porciones son un poco grandes para gatos con pocos meses 1 porción es bastante grande.

It works well unless it jams so you may not want to count on it for a few days away. Ours lasted 2 years and that last jam up broke the whole thing. So maybe invest in the protection plan.

I love the idea of an automatic feeder for my cat because he is no longer waking us up at 5 AM. The problem is the instructions do not have enough information. I’ve read and reread them plus scanned the QR code and tried to YouTube it. I can’t seem to get the timing right.

Watching my family’s cat for two weeks and he was used to an automatic feeder. Ordered this and it came the next day. It is sturdy, works perfectly ,up to 4 feeds and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend this to all cat owners!

Works like a champ! Holds a bunch of food feeds up to 4 times a day. Keeps my wife’s cats from waking me up at 4 am to fill their food dish. Best $40 I’ve spent in a while.

Easy set up and easy to use. This was just what I was looking for. I have 3 cats and the programming is perfect.

This cat feeder has worked perfectly for the past 6 months we’ve had it. Easy to refill, love that it plugs in so you don’t have to worry about changing batteries. Only thing I wish I did was alert you when the food is low/runs out. But I just have a recurring reminder set up on my phone to check it. A full container lasts about 10 days for feeding 2 gluttonous kitties.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this feeder deserves a great one. I purchased this last summer to feed my cats while I vacationed. I had someone coming in to care for them twice daily but the cats are used to getting small meals, 4 times a day. This feeder is easy to program and has several portion control options, but the main reason I came back to write this review is its durability. We left this feeder on our screened porch for our outdoor cat and we had TWO raccoons break in to try to raid it. Our camera revealed that they rolled it, drug it around by the cord, jumped on it, and clawed at it for over two hours but they were not successful in opening it. It has a few scratches here and there but it’s working perfectly! The battery backup even kept all the settings for two days. Impressive feeder!

The programming took a small learning curve but this item functions flawlessly thus far! The purchase three other brands of automatic cat feeders before and they all failed out of the box. This one's easy to assemble and use. It has four meals that can be programmed. I wish it had five but that's not a deal breaker.

The best product ever

The cat and I have been using this feeder for over a month now. Love it!!! The best feature about it is that it is very simple and easy to program. Also, easy to clean. Can’t recommend it strongly enough.

I've had this feeder for 2 years and just ordered a new one for our new cat. So far I have had no issues. My large dogs have broken into the feeder multiple times and the feeder has stood up to their punishment with just minor scratches.

four times a day. My little "piggy" cat doesn't overeat and throw up. It controls her weight and keeps her satisfied
It was easy to set up the mealtimes and the portion size. And it also records a message to my kitty.
She comes running when she hears my voice. The battery backup keeps it working when the power goes off.
If it ever quits working, I will certainly buy another one.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Basic, functions well & affordable. AND with the pictures & directions in Neuron Neal's review on how to make it raccoon proof, my husband was able to do
the same. PERFECT! I've just used it without the cover so far, but trying it with the cover next. Let me say, this is basic. No wifi or bluetooth. Just functional with 4 time settings. Perfect for what I needed.

UPDATE: After adding weights to the top of the blue bin to keep critters from toppling over to get to food, we fit another bin over that. Fits snuggly and does the job. Hopes this helps anyone looking g to feed strays outside.

Pretty easy to set up. The time is based on military time. So once you know that it’s pretty easy to set up meal times and has been accurate for us! Took our cat a couple feeds to get used to it and now she loves it. It is a little loud when the food comes out. Would buy again though!

If you have cats, you know they operate on their own very specific meal schedule. This feeder makes it easy to keep feeding times consistent, even when we’re not home. Setup was straightforward and it’s nice knowing the cats won’t let themselves starve dramatically if we’re out longer than expected.
